Program

UPRIGHT PHYSICAL THERAPY LLC ("Upright Physical Therapy") sends customer-care texts from its automated text line, (786) 589-6274: follow-up when we miss your call, replies to your questions, and scheduling help. We send no marketing or promotional messages.

Missed-call text back (how you opt in)

• Trigger. You call Upright Physical Therapy and the call isn't answered. The greeting tells you we'll text you back, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out.
• What's sent. One text to the number you called from, within about a minute.
• Follow-up. At most one more text about an hour later if you don't reply.
• Stopping. Reply STOP at any time.

Message frequency

One automatic text per missed call, and at most one follow-up if you don't reply. After that, messages are replies within your own conversation.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out

Reply STOP at any time. We'll send one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to resume.
